Kautai Olevao was born and raised in the North Shores of Hawaii.  He attended Kahuku Highschool where he gained an athletic scholarship to the University of Utah, served a service mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Argentina, and graduated with a Bachelors in Family Consumer Studies.  He has worked in the social work field since arriving to Utah in 1996.  He later continued his education at the University of Phoenix gaining his Ma
