As a State Worker

We believe in good old customer service!  If you are not happy, we will do the best we can to serve you until you are happy.  Explore how our services can make you happy and delegate your heavy load with us.  

As a state worker you will be assigned an FYC who has years of experience to help you with all of your requests and client needs. They actively participate in team meetings, court proceedings, case planning, assist with family visits, scheduling medical and dental exams, mental health services, linking them to community activities, and more.  Most of all they ensure that the foster family is providing quality care to your client. If there is a problem, we will resolve it quickly, and to the best of our ability, without placement disruption.     

We believe that any problem big or small, always seems to start with bad or no communication.  The FYC provides bi-weekly updates (via email or phone) to you and upon request, the entire team.  We report how your client is progressing in the home from activities, chores and behaviors, in school, therapy, in the community and other aspects of their life.  In our experience, we lessen the questions and work towards solutions.  We know state workers love it!
