A trusted foster care agency for the State of Utah since 1995

Pioneer Youth and Adult Community Services (PYACS) is a trusted partner with the Utah Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), with over 30 years of successful program operation, cleared audits, and zero sanctions.
PYACS provides compassionate, family-centered services to youth and adults referred through DSPD, DCFS, and JJS. Our programs focus on helping individuals build stability, strengthen life skills, and develop the supports needed to succeed in their homes and communities.
We provide services through community-based treatment foster homes, structured day treatment programs, outpatient mental health programs, offering individualized, evidence-based supports for individuals with complex behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs.
Our team prioritizes safety, stability, accountability, and long-term well-being, working closely with families, guardians, and referral partners to create meaningful outcomes and lasting change.
